Kevin Petersen - President
Kevin Petersen is an Arizona native growing up in Heber located in the White Mountains, but has spent the last 30 years living in the Metro-Phoenix area involved in all areas of Real Estate including, land syndication, development, brokerage, consulting, land entitlement, and property management.
Kevin has invested multi-millions of dollars of investors money in real estate projects with a 100% success, creating extraordinary returns, with zero losses of any kind to any investor from 1991 to the present.
Kevin currently resides with his family in Queen Creek, a growing suburb in the Southeast Valley and is the Father of seven, and Grandfather of eight.
Kevin received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, and an Executive MBA from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management which has offered him international in country learning experience in China, United Arab Emirates, Jordon, Africa, Portugal, Russia, and the Czech Republic.
Kevin has served in a variety of public committees and organizations over the years which included service as a School Board member for the Queen Creek School District for seven years, South Gilbert general plan committee, Queen Creek general plan committee, Queen Creek economic development committee, Gilbert Mayor’s stake-holders summit committee, and the Chandler Airport economic development association.
As a man of faith, he served a LDS mission in the San Francisco Bay-Area of California at age 19, and since has served in many service and leadership positions in his church.
Brian Matlock - Executive Director of Business Development
Brian Matlock was born and raised in the greater Phoenix area, attending Westwood high school in Mesa, and then Arizona State University before completing his degree at Manhattan Christian College, Kansas. He also studied at the post-graduate level at Arizona State University.
Brian’s investing career began in 1988 while serving as a youth pastor in Fountain Hills, Arizona. He obtained his license a year later, then began assembling a rental portfolio of single family homes and four-plexes that grew to over 100 units. His real estate activity over the past 26 years has included large apartment complexes, fix and flip home renovation, new home construction, trustee sale bidding, wholesale activity, and holding and entitling raw land.
Brian has traveled the world extensively, including involvement in numerous international service projects. He now lives in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, in the heart of the city.
He’s an avid musician, windsurfer, reader, traveler and church member.
Adam Petersen - Controller / Purchaser
Adam Petersen, eldest son of Kevin Petersen, is an Arizona native born in Phoenix AZ and currently resides in Queen Creek AZ with his wonderful Wife and 4 young boys.
Adam attended Queen Creek High School and later achieved his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
As a man of faith, after high school, Adam dedicated 2 years of his life to serving a mission in Dallas TX for his church.
Adam has spent the last 10 years as a Licensed Real Estate Professional with Petersen Properties and Management Inc as the companies main controller and purchaser. He has been involved in all areas of real estate including new home construction, land syndication, land entitlements, and manages several commercial office/retail centers.
