Petersen Properties & Management is owned by Kevin Petersen that has 30 years of experience in all areas of Arizona real estate.

Over the last 30 years, Kevin has managed multiple real estate investments during the 1992-2023 era in the Arizona Phoenix-Metro market. His timing has always been impeccable, as all real estate investments have been successful and were sold in peak market conditions which consistently resulted in significant investor returns.

 

Most all land assets were sold prior to the recent Arizona Real Estate meltdown and the worldwide Great Recession that started in 2007 and lasted through 2014. Kevin's real estate investments resulted in millions of dollars of investor profits, and it is Kevin's opinion that millions of dollars of profits will continue to be made under his management and supervision.
